1st Birthday Photo Shoot are super special and should be documented is a special way! Cake smashes are fun but what could be more wall worthy than your sweet baby in a room full of balloons? Some babies don’t like cake smashes and can be a ton of work for very little reward. Many babies have not had sugar their whole first year so the taste can be off putting. Some don’t like the texture of cake and some babies simply don’t like being messy. And a lot of moms don’t like the mess either! Whatever the case may be, I knew I had to come up with an alternative to the cake smash. Hence, the Balloon Room concept was born! Of course, I still offer Smashes to those who just love the idea and want to celebrate with cake.
Balloon Rooms are just one part of the 1st Birthday Photo Shoot! Balloon Room sessions start with this set up and add regular portraits to the session. This session includes up to 5 outfit changes and a few naked booty shots if you want them. Splash Time is the perfect ending to this sweet session. 1st birthday photo shoots can last anywhere from 60-90 minutes and is best held before baby is 12.5 month old. Their first years are so fleeting, don’t miss capturing this adorable milestone!
